6/25-7/1/2016. This was our second time staying at the Melia, The Level Adults Only. We had a fantastic time for the second year in a row. It's definitely worth it to stay in the adults only resort if you're not traveling with children. Very relaxing at the pool. The restaurants at the Quatro are all top notch. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. Roberto at the pool was very friendly and attentive to our group of four. If you go, look for him! We did venture to the Tropical/family section for dinner a couple of nights and also had great food. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
Adults only! Very comfortable beds. Vast selection of restaurants. Golf cart service. Friendly/helpful staff. Resort as a whole is spotless/ always see people cleaning. Nice clean beach, seaweed is raked every day.
Rooms are clean, but could stand to be updated slightly. Lookout for local people on the beach trying to get you to go to the flea market. The sales people were really pushing excursions and massages, to the point of being annoying, while you were resting in your lounge chair by the pool, on the beach or eating lunch in the snack hut. If you say a firm no, they leave, but you may be approached by someone else a short time later. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, though.

Everything was simply outstanding. I had reasonably priced room where the ac works. Amazing food, pasta and salads were served in the beach bar.

The breakfast offered a variety of warm and delicious options such as fruit juice, breads, cereal, muffins, and pancakes. the hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the best bar avenue and a beautiful beach in Punta Cana in late March/early April.

I am writing to express how lovely and accommodating the staff is here. I especially enjoyed seeing the bartenders at the beach Francisco Javier and Yoci Perez. They were both very nice with smiles everyday! They made the stay very enjoyable and a lot off fun!!
Beautiful grounds, staff was excellent, very accommodating service and always with a smile!
The grounds are very big however they do have a trolly/train that can take you from point a to point b. The food was good but not excellent.

Beach activities were good. Childrens activities also good.
The food is blah at best, the waiters take the food too soon, the train is too slow; it takes forever tto get anywhere. The resort is nice for people who like all inclusives; I just dont like all inclusives. I will never do it again.

Beautiful resort and it is very well maintained. The staff at the check-in desk was friendly and for me it was possible to have an early check-in because the room was already cleaned. Swimming pools are big. Well equipped gym available.

Everything was amazing. The food, the service, the beach, the acommodation... The hotel is glamourous. The both pool are very large. All the restaurants are amazing.
There are no problems in the hotel. The only "improvement points" that we could do are: a) Another bar on the beach. b) More places to change diaper babies. c) Small tables on the beach to put the drinks beside the chairs.

The place was reasonably priced. the location was ideal not far from DR/Melia Caribe Tropical, and restaurants or groceries. the room was well-appointed with its own balcony, a mini bar, and plasma-screen TV included. the personnel were happy to help, overall very helpful people. the pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the sports bar. Moreover, free Wi-Fi worked in public areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the "royal" level area was perfect, with a poolside and ocean view. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lovely gardens and wildlife such as peacocks, ducks, and turtles. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot selections that changed daily. We felt safe drinking the water in the restaurants. The hotel provided transportation to the airport three hours before our departure time. we had a great experience.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
